Ltd., a leading full-service advertising agency acclaimed for its innovative campaigns, strategic branding solutions, and an impressive portfolio of both national and international clients. Under his leadership, Makeways has emerged as the most awarded advertising agency in Nepal.   Beyond agency leadership, Bidhan has been a steadfast advocate for creative excellence and professional advancement within the advertising community. In his role as Governor, he actively promotes collaboration, ethical practices, and industry networking—both within Nepal and across regional platforms. A regular speaker at branding festivals, marketing summits, and jury panels, he is also deeply committed to mentoring young talent and nurturing the next generation of creative leaders.   Rajbhandari’s passion for transformative ideas, combined with his deep-rooted understanding of Nepal’s socio-cultural landscape, has firmly established him as a respected thought leader in the marketing communications domain.

Bishal Purush Dhakal is the Co-Owner and Managing Director of Avani Advertising Pvt. Ltd., a leading Nepali advertising agency based in Kathmandu. With a strong background in marketing and branding, he has played a key role in expanding Avani’s presence in both traditional and digital advertising. Dhakal is also an Joint Governor of the Ad Club Nepal and is recognized for his insights into Nepal’s evolving advertising landscape, especially the integration of digital strategies and influencer marketing.

Asra Bhattarai is currently working as Consultant for Marketing for Coke for Nepal and Bhutan. She has worked in the field of marketing in Nepal for the past 15 years in various industries.

Known for his impressive commercial works, Bikash Khatiwada is a celebrated Nepalese Photographer in Nepal. Adept at capturing his subject personality and brands’ vision, his pictures reflect captivating or staged moments that help brands foster their respective ambitions.  Born on April 14, 1979, in Sindhupalchok, Nepal, His passion and enthusiasm initiated him in the field of modeling in the initial days. The early 2000s of the Nepalese advertising and fashion industry saw Mr. Khadiwada being the face of prominent brands like Samsung Nepal, Everest Beer, Subisu Internet, Mangalam Pipes, and more. His camaraderie with the camera continued when he started his career as a commercial photographer. This early photographic endeavor, in 2005 was started by opening a Studio at his home. His break into advertisement came after he got the responsibility to shoot a commercial for Prime Bank Nepal. With other works in pipelines and adhering to strict commitments, Mr. Khatiwada started his own company named “Innovative Entertainment” to include his vision of running a Modeling Agency in Nepal. After a decade-long career in commercial photography and artist management, he is considered to be one of the frontmen of his work in Nepal. His journey did not stop here as he and his fellow photographers co-founded The Nepal Photographers Association which helped in aligning various photographers together and helped in providing training, projects, and job placements as well. Having shot more than 15,000 ad layouts by now, He has worked as an official photographer for reality shows like The Voice Nepal and Dancing With The Stars. In addition to that, his work also includes The Mount Everest Fashion Runway, which was certified by Guinness World Records for being the highest altitude fashion show held at Kalapatther (above 5300 Meters) also known as the base camp of Mt. Everest. Currently living in Kathmandu, Nepal, Mr. Khatiwada’s commercial portfolio today includes works for brands like Samsung, Tubourb Beer, Yahama, Honda, Sunsilk, Himalayan, Set Wet, Ncell, and many more.
